Summer 2023 is all about a good skirt. A midi or maxi skirt, to be particular. It’s time for miniskirts to move over and for the rise of longer hemlines to commence. As someone on the shorter side, I have always leaned toward a miniskirt (If I’m honest, I’m trying to stretch out the little amount of leg I have). But maxi and midi skirts have been my go-to lately.
