If you look at any one of Hailey Bieber’s daytime street style looks from this summer, you’ll start to see a pattern. She wears a lot of white T-shirts. With them, you might spot some denim cutoffs, tube socks, and either loafers or sneakers. What you won’t see, though, is any sign that she’s wearing a bra. And no, that doesn’t mean she’s not wearing one. It just goes to show that the style she is wearing is really good and invisible in a way that’s almost impossible to guarantee. Naturally, I asked her about it.
Bieber is one of nine models—from the original supers such as Gisele Bündchen and Naomi Campbell to new-era names such as Adut Akech, Paloma Elsesser, and Emily Ratajkowski—who starred in the campaign for Victoria’s Secret’s just-launched Icon Collection. As such, I got the opportunity to talk all things lingerie with the Rhode founder. In addition to finally finding out the details of her miracle bra for wearing under white tees, I learned about the pajamas she’s the most confident in, how she feels about working with her idols, and the three lingerie trends that she’s been obsessing over this year.
