How to Earn This Bonus

To get started, you must visit the promotion page and request a personal promotional code, which will be sent to your email. You then need to click the button in the email you receive to open an account and start working toward your $450 cash bonus. To qualify for the bonus, open a new FirstView Checking account by 04/30/2024 and complete the following requirements for each statement cycle for the first three full statement cycles:

• maintain a $5,000 average daily collected balance
• conduct a minimum of 10 qualifying client-initiated transactions

A qualifying client-initiated transaction may include deposits, checks paid, ACH items, and signature and PIN-based purchases made with a First Horizon Debit Card.

The cash bonus will be deposited into your account within 10 business days after qualifying activities are met. Bonus will only be paid to open accounts with a positive balance.  Bonus will be reported as interest earned on IRS form 1099-INT and recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes. This is an pretty good bonus. You get $450 after keeping $5,000 in your account for the first three months, and completing 10 transactions monthly during that time as well. As I mentioned above, the landing page has targeted language, but anyone can enter their email and receive a promotional code to open the account.

You need to keep the account open for at least 6 months, otherwise you will forfeit the bonus. But there’s no annual fee, so that shouldn’t be much of an issue.
