Fire shuts down lanes of eastbound I-580 in Livermore, affecting Central Valley commute

A fire burning along Interstate 580 has shut down eastbound traffic in Alameda County, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP said eastbound I-580 was shut down just east of N. Flynn Road.
