- John Law, an OG San Francisco character who has called himself the “steward” of three vintage dachsund heads from SF’s now long-gone Doggie Diner — which were last seen temporarily installed on JFK Drive in Golden Gate Park four years ago before getting vandalized about a year later — just announced the online “premiere” of a 2008 documentary he made with Flecher Fleurdujon that documented a cross-country trip they took in 2003, representing Laughing Squid at an event at the now long-gone CB’s 313 Gallery next door to CBGB on Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
