Allegiant Air flight avoids mid-air collision, FAA investigating

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a near mid-air collision involving an Allegiant Air flight and a business jet over the Miami area on July 23. According to the FAA, the Allegiant pilot took “evasive action” to avoid the collision.
