Former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows surrenders in Georgia, Trump soon to follow

Former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows turned himself in to authorities in Georgia Thursday, just hours before former President Donald Trump is also expected to surrender. CBS News homeland security and justice reporter Nicole Sganga has more.
