A 29-year-old man was hospitalized after a shooting in Lodi on Saturday night, according to the police department. Officials said a man who admitted to the shooting is in custody.Officers responded to a warehouse on Houston Lane around 9:47 p.m. after a 911 caller reported a shooting before hanging up.Lodi police said the victim was found in a warehouse with a gunshot wound. The police department also noted that a search warrant at the warehouse uncovered additional evidence, including a loaded rifle. Lodi police said the motive in the shooting is unclear, but that Flores and the victim knew one another. Flores was arrested and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail for attempted murder and weapons violations. He is set to appear in court on Tuesday.
