PPB Search For Assault Suspect – KXL

Portland, Ore. – Portland Police are asking for the public’s help finding a suspect connected to an assault near the ICE facility.

While monitoring ongoing protests at the ICE building Tuesday night, a Portland Police Dialogue Liaison Officer was notified of an assault. DLOs are not able to make arrests, but he followed the suspect and tried to get her side of the story while calling for backup. She refused to stop and ran off just before 9 p.m.

Police describe the suspect as a white woman in her teens or early 20s, with long blonde hair and bangs. She has a large chrome nose ring through her septum, and wore a black hoodie with tan cargo pants.
