- Swagbucks is offering 7,500 ($75) when opening an Ally Bank checking account (they call the account a ‘Spending Account’) and receiving a direct deposit within 60 days.
The Fine Print
- This offer is not eligible with any other offer at Ally Bank. Attempting to pair with another Ally Bank offer or promo code will result in SB being revoked.
- This offer will not Pend in your Swagbucks account. It will be credited manually.
- Please allow up to 45 days after approval of an opened Ally Bank Spending Account with one (1) qualifying direct deposit successfully accepted within 60 days of account approval.
- “Qualifying Direct Deposit” or “QDD” is defined as a direct deposit that is required to be an electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension or government benefits (such as Social Security) from your employer or the government and must be clearly identifiable by Ally as such. Person to Person payments (such as Zelle®) are not considered a QDD. Once your QDD is verified in your newly opened Ally Bank Spending Account you will receive your SB reward in your Swagbucks account in forty-five (45) days.
- This offer is only available to “New Ally Bank Customers”, defined as anyone who does not have an existing Ally Bank account now (or within the last twelve (12) months) of any kind and includes both primary account owners and non-primary joint-owners.

Our Verdict
Hopefully everyone did the $200 bonus when it was recently available. I thought it worth posting this deal since Ally is a popular bank. I don’t think we’ll add this one to our list of Best Bank Account Bonuses.
