Laura Lee started her YouTube channel almost a decade ago, and since then, she has amassed more than 4.6 million subscribers. She’s also launched her own makeup line and collaborated with brands like SHEGLAM on limited-edition collections. Impressive? Yes, but the Los Angeles–based makeup artist says she was born loving all things beauty, even before she learned about the importance of skincare. “My skin was good to me. I had (and still have) a lot of freckles and clear skin, but I wish I wore more sunscreen. My family was not educated on the importance of sun protection, and I loved being in the sun,” says Lee.
