It seems like we have found the theme of this years world cup: penalties!
I have seen 4 out of the 9 matches played so far and they all had at least one penalty. If I read the comments correctly, there where penalties in some of the other matches as well. So will they go all out with them in the group stage and then we won’t have them once the knock out stage comes around? Has anyone ever shortened the penalty market before?
