More details are being reported regarding Tuesday’s search of a Nevada home in connection to Tupac Shakur’s unsolved murder. As The Shade Room previously reported, the Las Vegas Metro Police confirmed that a search warrant was executed on an undisclosed residence in Henderson.

New Reported Details Regarding The Las Vegas Home & Its Connection To 2Pac’s Alleged Killer

According to TMZ, the home searched on Tuesday reportedly belongs to the wife of a man who alleges he was in the car with Tupac’s alleged killer when the rapper was shot.

Additionally, the outlet reports that it “confirmed” the address of the residence searched. TMZ adds that it is owned by a woman named Paula Clemons, who is allegedly married to Duane “Keefe D.” Davis.

The outlet reports that Davis has long been alleged to be the uncle of the late Orlando Anderson.

As 8 News Now reports, Anderson and Davis were involved in a physical altercation with Tupac Shakur hours before the shooting on September 7, 1996. Additionally, the fight was caught on surveillance cameras at the MGM Grand Plaza.

Shakur was immediately hospitalized after the shooting. However, he passed away on September 13, 1996. According to VIBE, Anderson passed away two years after being involved in a shootout.

Details Of The Search & The Reported Reactions Of Tupac’s Family

According to TMZ, the executed search warrant marks a “significant” step forward in Tupac’s long-unsolved murder. The outlet asserts that to obtain the search warrant, police successfully proved to a judge that there was evidence at the home indeed connected to the rapper’s murder.

8 News Now reports that the Henderson, Nevada home was searched for “personal notes, photos and other documents” related to the rapper’s passing. However, any items that the police have confiscated from the search have not been publicly disclosed as of yet.

According to TMZ, the rapper’s stepbrother feels the search is a “late in the game effort.”

Additionally, a representative for the rapper’s sister, Set, echoes a similar sentiment.

“We are learning about the case the same way you are and have nothing to say.”

Furthermore, no arrests have been made in the investigation as of Wednesday.
