CLEVELAND (WJW) – Two Cleveland State University police officers were injured during an encounter at a Subway restaurant on campus, according to a university spokesperson.
School officials tell FOX 8 that both officers were injured while apprehending a suspect “engaged in criminal activity” at the Subway along E. 18th Street and Euclid Avenue.
Both officers sought medical attention and were released with minor injuries, said the school spokesperson.
No other details were provided.
