President Trump is headed to Michigan on Tuesday to tour a Ford plant in Dearborn ahead of a speech at the Detroit Economic Club. Mr. Trump spoke to reporters before his flight, where he touted the apparent success of his administration’s crime crackdowns in major U.S. cities.
