-Kim says in new court documents that she has allegedly witnessed Biermann smoking marijuana and has “concerns” about the “safety” of their four minor children. While medical marijuana was recently legalized in Georgia, use and possession of weed is still illegal.
-Last week, Biermann filed a petition seeking sole legal and physical custody of his biological kids, while his estranged wife asked for the same. However, she was willing to allow her ex visitation rights.
-The same day the divorce news broke, it was reported that Zolciak and Biermann owe the IRS $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018.
-The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and the former football player are still living together after filing for divorce and have been “avoiding each other” in their shared Georgia mansion, Page Six can confirm.

“There are so many clips of me saying to Kim, ‘I am worried about the way you spend your money. He is not a football player, he is a retired football player,’” Cohen said on Tuesday’s episode of SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live.”
The “Watch What Happens Live” host emphasized that he told Zolciak she “can not” continue spending and not saving.
