The Bikeriders, the Jeff Nichols film that rode the 2023 festival circuit but was taken off of the release schedule for December, has found a new theatrical release date.
The biker drama, starring Austin Butler, Jodie Comer, and Tom Hardy, will now open on June 21, 2024, via new distributor Focus Features. Sources say that the film’s backer, New Regency, was the reason it was not released this year via Disney as originally planned, and that they made that decision due to the SAG-AFTRA strike impeding promotion for the film.
