Pour yourself an ice-cold drink from your minibar, get yourself comfy on a pool lounger and you’re all set for a blissful afternoon of reading. The best part about this reading spot is that you can slip into the cool waters of your pool between chapters.

Your Private Deck:

Each room at Londolozi has its own private wooden deck that boasts spectacular views of the surrounding wilderness. Listen as the bush comes alive when you sit in silence and read. As you become more in tune with your environment, you’ll start to hear the soft chatter of birds, the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze, and possibly the rumbles of elephants passing by. It’s the perfect spot to not only immerse yourself in a book, but also in the surrounding nature.

The Comfort of  Your Bed:

While reading comfortably on your bed,  you’ll find yourself surrounded by a bright, light-filled space with large doors that open up to magnificent views overlooking the Sand River. All five camps at Londolozi have a main deck that looks out onto uninterrupted views of the vast African wilderness. Order a drink from the bar and sink into the comfort of your chair overlooking the Sand River. The beauty of this reading spot is you never know what wildlife you may spot wandering along the riverbank.
