    American Lindsay Shiver, accused of conspiring to kill her husband with two co-defendants in the Bahamas, was granted bail of $100,000 by a Bahamian Supreme Court justice on Wednesday.

    She will be outfitted with an electronic monitoring device and must comply with an 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew. As Shiver walked into court wearing ripped jeans and a T-shirt, spectators yelled questions but it did not appear she replied to anyone.

    Shiver must report to the Cable Beach Police Station in Nassau three times per week. She must also not come within 100 feet of her husband, as part of her bail conditions.

    When Bahamian Supreme Court Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson finished laying out the conditions of Shiver’s bail, Shiver responded with a soft “OK.” After Shiver picks up her electronic monitoring device, she will be allowed to go to her new residence without returning to jail, her attorney Ian Cargill told CNN on Wednesday.

    Shiver’s alleged co-conspirators, Terrance Adrian Bethel, 28, and Farron Newbold Jr., 29, had previously been released on $20,000 bail, Cargill told CNN on Friday.

    Shiver, 36, of Thomasville, Georgia, is accused of unsuccessfully conspiring with the two Bahamas natives to kill her husband, Robert Shiver, on July 16 while on the Abaco Islands, months after the couple filed for divorce.

    Police in the Bahamas successfully foiled the plot by acting on information found on a phone recovered during a separate criminal inquiry into a recent break-in at a local business, a Bahamian police source told CNN.

    The defendants were arraigned last month, according to court documents. They were not required to enter pleas at that hearing.

    Lindsay and Robert Shiver had filed for divorce in April, court records indicate.

    Robert Shiver filed for divorce on April 5, and Lindsay Shiver filed for divorce the following day, according to the complaint listed on the Thomas County, Georgia, Clerk of Courts website.

    Robert Shiver lists Lindsay’s “adulterous conduct” as a reason for divorce, saying the marriage is irrevocably broken, according to the filings viewed by CNN. The filing from Lindsay Shiver says she has “incurred debt beyond her means to pay,” and asks that her husband be made to pay.

    Robert Shiver is an insurance executive and former Auburn University football player, court records and his company’s website show. Lindsay Shiver also attended Auburn University, according to social media posts.

    Lindsay Shiver’s next court appearance is slated for October 5.

    CNN has reached out to attorneys representing each of them in the divorce case.

    October 13, 2020 – The Supreme Court grants a request from the Trump administration to halt the census count while an appeal plays out over a lower court’s order that it continue. The Census Bureau announces that the count is ending on October 15.

    July 19, 2021 – According to a letter made public from Commerce Department Inspector General Peggy Gustafson to Democratic lawmakers, the Justice Department decides to decline prosecution of Ross for misrepresentations he made to Congress about the origins of the Trump administration’s failed push to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census.

    Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are going their separate ways.

    Grande filed a petition for divorce on Monday in Los Angeles. The singer cited “irreconcilable differences” as grounds for dissolution, a source with knowledge of the matter told CNN.

    CNN has reached out to a representative for Grande for comment. Family law attorney Laura Wasser is representing Grande in the divorce. CNN has not yet determined who is representing Gomez.

    The “Thank U, Next” singer and Gomez wed in 2021.

    “It was tiny and intimate – less than 20 people. The room was so happy and full of love,” Grande’s representative told People of the wedding ceremony at the time. “The couple and both families couldn’t be happier.”

    Grande later shared photos of their nuptials, which took place at their home in Montecito, to her Instagram page, captioning it, “5.15.21.”

    The post has since been removed, but the photos previously showcased Grande wearing a Vera Wang wedding gown and kissing Gomez, who wore a Tom Ford suit.

    Their 2021 nuptials came two years after Grande’s engagement to comedian Pete Davidson.

    Grande and Gomez, a real estate agent, first went public with their relationship with the release of her 2020 song “Stuck with U,” a song she collaborated on with Justin Bieber. Gomez was featured in the music video for the song.

    They announced their engagement that same year.

    Speculation that the pair were no longer together began in July when the “Sweetener” singer was spotted without her wedding band while attending Wimbledon.

    Grande last posted a photo with Gomez on her social media in November, but the former couple kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight.

    The Grammy winner had been busy filming the cinematic adaptation of “Wicked” in London alongside Bailey, Cynthia Erivo, Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeoh and Bowen Yang prior to SAG-AFTRA going on strike in July.

    Kelly Clarkson says she’s done with marriage, but open to finding love again and committed to supporting her children as they adjust to her divorce.

    The singer recently talked about her split from Brandon Blackstock, the father of her two children, and the impact it has had on her family.

    “I literally ask my kids every night when we’re snuggling, ‘Are you happy? And if you’re not, what could make you happier?’” Clarkson said on “The Angie Martinez IRL Podcast.” “Sometimes they’ll say, especially the past two years, and it kills me and I want them to be honest, so I don’t ever say, ‘Oh god, don’t tell me that,’ but a lot of times it would be like, ‘You know, I’m just really sad. I wish mommy and daddy were in the same house.’”

    She added, “I’m raising that kind of individual. I want you to be honest with me.”

    Clarkson said being raised in a divorced family herself helped her to better understand the feelings involved.

    “I just sit there and I’m like, ‘I get it. I’m from a divorced family as well. I get it. That sucks,’” she said. “But we’re going to work it out. And you are so loved by both of us. I think communicating with them and not treating them, not treating them like an adult, because they’re not — but not treating them like a child. They’re not small feelings. Those are huge feelings, and those are huge emotions.”

    Clarkson and Blackstock broke up in June 2020, with the singer citing irreconcilable differences. She said while she doesn’t plan to marry again, she does want to find love.

    “I won’t be getting married,” she said. “In my life, I’ve been through a couple of divorces in my own family as a kid. I would love to fall in love. I would love to find someone and fall in love and do that thing, but I have children and that’s why I say that.”

    Former Donald Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway and husband George Conway announced Saturday that they are “in the final stages of an amicable divorce.”

    “We appreciate the many family members, friends and colleagues who know us, care for us, and support us,” the statement reads. “We remain united as parents to provide love, joy, comfort and protection to our beautiful children.”

    The couple’s fraught relationship drew attention as George Conway publicly criticized the Trump administration while his wife was working for the then-president.

    The couple were married for more than two decades, according to the statement.

    The divorce was first reported by the New York Post.

    George Conway, a lawyer who had once been considered for multiple Justice Department positions in the Trump administration, was the one who had encouraged Kellyanne Conway to take the job managing Trump’s presidential campaign when Trump was a candidate in 2016, she told CNN in an interview last year.

    She went on to become the first female campaign manager to win a presidential race.

    Kellyanne Conway said in the 2022 CNN interview that she and her husband had made the decision to move together with their four children to Washington to work for the Trump administration but once they got there, George Conway “changed his mind about Donald Trump somewhere along the way.”

    George Conway later joined the Lincoln Project, a group founded by anti-Trump Republicans, and went on to become one of Trump’s harshest critics, which drove a very public wedge into the couple’s marriage.

    “He can change his mind about Donald Trump. This is a free country. George owes no allegiance to a political party or a presidential candidate. But his vows to me, I feel, were broken because we were all in,” Kellyanne Conway said in last year’s interview with CNN discussing her memoir, “Here’s the Deal.”

    George Conway wrote an op-ed in The Washington Post in 2019 in which he called Trump a “racist president” after the then-president attacked progressive Democratic congresswomen of color.

    In response to previous attacks, Trump had called George Conway a “whack job,” a “stone cold LOSER” and a “husband from hell” who was jealous of his wife’s success.

    In August 2020, Kellyanne Conway announced she was stepping away from her White House role and George Conway was withdrawing from his position at the Lincoln Project, both citing the need to focus on their family.

    Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have come to a divorce agreement, a source with knowledge of the negotiations tells CNN.

    Per the agreement, a draft of which was obtained by CNN, Kardashian will receive $200,000 per month in child support from West, who last year legally changed his name to Ye, and share joint custody of their four children.

    CNN has reached out to representatives for Kardashian and West for comment.

    Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021, citing irreconcilable differences.

    The couple was married in a lavish wedding in Italy in 2014.

    In March 2022, Kardashian was declared legally single after being granted a request to change her marital status.

    In an interview with Vogue earlier this year, the Skims founder explained what led to her high-profile split, saying, that “for so long, I did what made other people happy” and that she decided “I’m going to make myself happy.”

    She went on to say that “even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy.”

    “I’ve chosen myself,” she told the publication. “I think it’s okay to choose you.”

    In September, West, who in the latter part of this year has lost multiple business partnerships following a string of antisemitic comments, publicly apologized to Kardashian in an interview with “Good Morning America” for “any stress” he’s caused her.

    “This is the mother of my children, and I apologize for any stress that I have caused, even in my frustration because God calls me to be stronger,” West said.
