Has Taylor Swift ever taken a single day of PTO? Two seconds after her latest album (The Life of a Showgirl) drop, we got a trailer for her new documentary, The End of an Era, a six-part docuseries that’ll exclusively be streaming on Disney+. Starting December 12, you can watch an up-close-and-personal deep dive into how the Eras tour came to be, what it took to make it happen, never-before-seen moments with Travis Kelce, and…Swift’s bath routine.

That’s right. Swift, who’s always been pretty private about her beauty routine (she’s not one to share a GRWM on TikTok), gives viewers a quick peek into her bath routine after a show. If you zoom in on the preview, you can see several bottles lining the bath-tub, and obviously I zoomed in. Whatever Swift is using, I will use. That is her power. And my wallet and I respect that.

So here’s what the singer uses during bath time: For her hair, she’s got Christophe Robin Delicate (ha!!!!) Volumising Shampoo With Rose Extracts and Christophe Robin Delicate Volumising Conditioner With Rose Extracts for her hair. Swift’s hair is mythic: It goes from sleek, ironed straight hair to wild curls in a matter of 15 minutes and some dance routine sweat—and then back to straight again. It’s big. It’s shiny. It’s long. And it goes through a lot—so whatever shampoo and conditioner she uses, I trust.

What makes it so good: It’s a lightweight formula that doesn’t weigh hair down, so if you have finer strands and want more va-va-voom, this is a great option. It makes hair look more dense and full, while keeping color-treated hair protected from frizz and damage.

What makes it so good: Unlike so many conditioners, this one is lightweight, so it nourishes strands without making them feel greasy. This, paired with the shampoo, enhances sleekness, volume, and shine.

Swift’s bath tub lineup also includes some skincare superstars, like Dr. Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Aging Cleansing Cream and Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Super Anti-Aging Cleansing Cream

What makes it good: This formulation is ultra-hydrating, making skin feel supple and supported after washing away the day. What makes me trust it is that it’s Swift’s go-to: Imagine how much makeup Swift was wearing every day on tour. This formula is powerful enough to wash away the pigment and dirt and sweat while keeping Swift’s skin feeling healthy.

Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser

What makes it so good: I can only imagine that Swift likes a gentle exfoliating cleanser to scrub away a day’s worth of sweat and product build-up, and it makes sense that she reaches for Tata Harper’s Regenerating Cleanser. It’s one of my favorites too: The triple action exfoliator gives your complexion an instant glow.

We also now know what Swift’s body wash of choice is: Ouai Body Cleanser in St. Barts (which smells like a vacation—probably the closest thing Swift has come to taking one).

Ouai Gentle Body Wash, St. Barts

What makes it so good: It creates a satisfying lather without completely stripping skin of its natural oils. Another great choice for Swift, who wants to clear away that night’s sweat and grime without totally zapping her barrier of moisture. Plus, it smells like you’re vacationing on…you guessed it, St. Barts.
