Jen Shah is clapping back at Andy Cohen for suggesting she was the one who gave Heather Gay her black eye amid season three of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, plus a video of Jen reporting for prison has surfaced.

After Andy told Vanderpump Rules‘ Lala Kent and Katie Maloney he didn’t believe Heather hit her head on a cabinet and suspected Heather sustained the injury from Jen on the February 15 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Jen released a statement, via her rep, claiming Andy likely spoke out against her in retaliation for her pulling out of their scheduled one-on-one.

“[Jen] chooses to focus this time with her family” instead of these claims, Jen’s rep told Life & Style on February 16. “I personally know that she has not spoken to Andy Cohen since before the reunion where he called her directly to beg her to attend the RHOSLC [season] 3 reunion. That, coupled with the fact that we passed on the [one-on-one interview] six times seems to be where his aggressions lie.”

As Bravo fans may have seen last week, Lala told Andy she believed Heather’s black eye was “from a cast member,” which prompted Andy to consider Jen.

“From Jen Shah? I do too,” he confirmed. “I don’t think she hit her head on a cabinet and got scratches on her arm.”

During the RHOSLC season three reunion, Heather insisted she “blacked out” during the cast’s trip to San Diego and “didn’t know” how she got her black eye.

“I went to my thing which is just humor, and just make it go away, and it didn’t go away … But I certainly do not want to implicate anyone here, anyone on production,” she explained. “It’s my own guilt and shame about blacking out and not being able to explain it.”

In other Jen Shah news, the RHOSLC cast member began serving her 6.5-year prison term at FPC Bryan, a minimum security federal prison for women in Bryan, Texas, on Friday. Nightline got footage of Jen saying goodbye to her family.

Real Housewife star, #JenShah reported to Bryan Federal Prison Camp… for her role in a nationwide telemarketing scheme,” wrote Nightline on Twitter along with a video of Jen hugging one of her sons as her husband Coach Sharrieff Shah stood by and watched.

Jen also shared a final statement on her Instagram page in which she acknowledged her wrongdoings and vowed to try to make it right.

“I am surrendering to serve a sentence in federal prison today. It is the price I must pay for the bad decisions I made,” wrote Jen on February 17. “People got hurt because of my decisions. While incarcerated, I will work to make amends and reconcile with the victims of my crime.”

“In time, I pray that people will judge me for the way I responded to this sentence, rather than only for the decisions that led me to prison,” wrote Jen. “I am a believer in earning freedom, and I’ll work toward that goal by making things right with the people I hurt.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season four is believed to be in production.
