Tom Sizemore’s representative has announced the actor has “no further hope” following a brain aneurysm he suffered, with his family now preparing an end-of-life plan.

The Saving Private Ryan actor, 61, was hospitalised on February 18 and spent the last week or so in the intensive care unit of Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Los Angeles.

His representative Charles Lago announced, “Today doctors informed his family that there is no further hope and have recommended end-of-life decision. The family is now deciding end-of-life matters and a further statement will be issued on Wednesday.”
