Melissa Gorga took to her podcast this week to weigh in on a number of issues pertaining to sister-in-law Teresa Giudice.
As she was joined by husband Joe Gorga amid their family feud, the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member discussed Teresa’s unexpected reunion with Jacqueline Laurita and falling out with Dina Manzo, which they’ve both denied, before sharing her thoughts on Teresa’s many public statements against them.
“Good for them. They were friends. Good for them,” Melissa began on a recent episode of PodcastOne’s On Display With Melissa Gorga.
She then started to ask, “Do I think that it took her to rekindle her friendship [for Jacqueline] to say something negative about me?”
As Melissa spoke, she also confirmed the rumor of a rift between Teresa and Dina in spite of Teresa’s denials. Melissa claimed Teresa is “no longer friends” with Dina, who “didn’t show up to her wedding.”
According to Melissa, she feels that Teresa is going out of her way to spread negativity about her.
“It is frustrating sometimes when you have family members — I don’t even know at this point if you even call them family anymore — but I’ll never understand the need to bring us down or to get the info or to hurt or, I just, I don’t get it,” she stated. “We aren’t getting paid for this, right? So we’re on the off-season. You got me? Someone is working overtime. Overtime.”
After watching the first two episodes of RHONJ season 13, Melissa said she’s convinced that Teresa isn’t working alone in her efforts to take her and Joe down.
“She is being led by a very strong force. It is extremely obvious. It is getting more and more clear by the day,” she shared. “We have all known Teresa for many years. We have gone in and out of arguments with Teresa Giudice for many years. Never has she ever gone this hard off camera in multiple ways, whether it be press, podcasts, Instagram, any avenue possible to say negative things about us on the off-season when she is not getting paid for it at all, and just out of the clear blue sky, 24/7 bring [us] down.”
“It’s very obvious she is being led. I didn’t want to believe that at first but as each episode airs, it’s becoming more and more clear. You have to look at that because she’s never done this before,” she added.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
