Dina Manzo shared a cryptic message on her Instagram Story amid the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
During Tuesday night’s episode of the RHONJ, Joe Gorga claimed that Luis Ruelas was to blame for the reported rift between Teresa Giudice‘ and her long-time friend Dina. According to Joe, Dina skipped Teresa’s August 2022 wedding not because she didn’t want to be seen on camera, but because Luis allegedly screwed over her husband Dave Cantin in a business deal gone wrong.
As Teresa requested Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin fill Dina’s bridesmaid shoes after the former cast member pulled out of the event, Dina shared a quote from Yogi Bhajan that seemed to hint at her alleged falling out with Teresa.
“If you are willing to look at another person’s behavior toward you as a reflection of the state of their relationship with themselves rather than a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time cease to react at all,” the quote stated.
As RHONJ fans may recall, a report from Deux Moi last July suggested Dina and Teresa had fell out with one another due to a dispute among Luis and Dave. However, days later, an insider told Page Six that because there was a “very strong likelihood the wedding is being filmed,” Dina wouldn’t be attending.
“Dina has made it clear that she does not want to be on camera, and Teresa is OK with it,” the source said at the time. “Teresa respects Dina’s wishes and looks forward to celebrating with her in the future. They remain as close as ever.”
Then, after the wedding took place, Teresa addressed rumors of potential drama between them on the Two Ts in a Pod podcast.
“We’re good, we’re all good,” Teresa confirmed. “Once you are on TV and then you aren’t on TV anymore, you don’t want to be in front of the camera. I totally get it. It’s like you’re working, and you don’t want to work. Unless you are getting paid. And the thing is not that she wanted to even get paid, but I get it. And her husband doesn’t want to be on camera. I respect that.”
As for Dina, she spoke of her relationship with Teresa in October 2022 during a Q&A on Instagram after a fan asked if she and Teresa were “friends again.”
“We were never not friends,” Dina replied. “Sometimes friendships go [through phases] but in the end true friendships will always find their way back when the time is right.”
