A man was fatally shot in a gang-related incident outside a Brooklyn apartment building Monday night.

Police responding to a 911 call found the 21-year-old victim suffering numerous gunshot wounds on Carroll St. near Franklin Ave. in Prospect Lefferts Gardens at 7:24 p.m., cops said.

Blood is seen on the sidewalk after a shooting on Monday night.

Paramedics rushed the victim to Kings County Hospital, where he died, according to police.

A witness said he heard three shots ring out before spotting the collapsed victim on the sidewalk.

“He was on the floor in front of the building. He was shot in the head and he was dead. It’s a damn shame,” said the man, who refused to give his name.

A man dressed in black was spotted fleeing towards Franklin Ave., according to police sources.

No arrests have been made.
