Kash Doll is speaking out after an Atlanta-area man falsely accused her of running a “drug house” following a terrifying home invasion. The Detroit rapper took to Instagram to address the situation, revealing that her partner, Tracy T, had to confront armed intruders at their Brookhaven home.
In a video posted to her Instagram story on August 17, Kash Doll shared the frightening details of the incident, which occurred late on August 15. She explained how Tracy T, with whom she shares two young children, managed to scare off the robbers who had broken into their upscale Atlanta neighborhood home.

“I usually keep my personal life private, but this time, I have to speak out,” Kash Doll began. “Someone saw my Instagram story and noticed I wasn’t home, so they took it as an opportunity to break into my house and try to steal my Birkin bags. But they got caught. They got into a shootout with my child’s father, and the police arrested them.”
While Kash Doll is relieved that her family is safe, she expressed her frustration over a community leader’s response to the situation. She called out a man named Ronnie Mayers, who she claims went to the media and labeled her home as a “drug house.”
“I’m putting y’all in my business today because I’m so upset,” Kash Doll continued. “Ronnie Mayers, the community leader in Brookhaven where I live, had the audacity to go to the news and tell them that my house is a drug house. Just because there’s traffic, and successful Black people with nice cars are visiting, you assume we’re running drugs?”
Kash Doll further explained how hurtful the accusation was, considering the sacrifices she’s made and how hard she works to provide for her family. “The fact that you would associate me with drugs just because I’m young, Black, and successful is crazy,” she said. “You went to the news and told them that me and my child’s father are running a drug house. That’s not just untrue—it’s racist and damaging.”
According to *Rough Draft Atlanta*, the man in question, Ronnie Mayers, is known as the “unofficial mayor of Brookhaven.” Kash Doll shared a photo of him on social media to identify him further.
Local news outlets reported that the home invasion occurred on Thursday night when four armed men broke into Kash Doll’s home. Surveillance cameras alerted her to the intruders, and she quickly contacted Tracy T, who rushed to the house. A brief shootout ensued, and the suspects fled in a Lexus, leading to a police chase that ended in a crash. Three of the suspects were eventually apprehended, while a fourth remains at large.
Kash Doll’s ordeal serves as a stark reminder of the challenges Black celebrities face, even in affluent neighborhoods, where success is often met with suspicion and unfounded accusations.
