Flor Rida reportedly didn’t get an opportunity to plead his case during a Tuesday NYC Family Court hearing for his child support case after failing to appear in person.

TMZ reports the rapper tried to Zoom into the hearing, and the judge wasn’t having it.

The “Right Round” artist was scheduled to appear in court to face claims by his ex, Alexis Adams, that he’s behind on medical and tuition payments for their disabled son — who was recently hospitalized with serious injuries after falling from the 5th floor of an apartment building in March.

The rapper, in 2018, was ordered to all pay medical and school costs for their son Zohar as part of a custody agreement. However, Adams claims that Flo — whose real name is Tramar Dillard — hasn’t kept up with the payments.

Adams has requested a judge order the rapper, who recently won $82.5 million in an energy drink lawsuit, to set aside $400k in a bank account to pay various expenses for their son who is also autistic and suffers from a rare disorder known as hydrocephalus.

While Adams got the opportunity to speak to the judge, TMZ reports Flo did not since he didn’t show up physically and instead attempted to testify via Zoom.

Adams told the judge her child’s father stopped making payments towards the insurance during a crucial time which forced her to file for Medicaid and Department of Education. She also called Flo Rida out for his social media post following Zohar’s accident, saying he never even met the 6-year-old.
