Jamie recalled the role of Helen as “great character for me”, adding that “it was so fun.”

For the show, she’s predicting that the series is “funny and great. My guess is it will be because they’re talented people doing the work.”

Jamie also dropped her advice for the stars – which include Steve Howey and Ginger Gonzaga as Harry and Helen – use pads!

“Wear knee pads, and pads, because all I can tell you is I got very bruised,” she shared. “Let me just say that to you. Pad up! Elbows, knees, shoulders, butts. Pad up!”

CBS’s True Lies series will premiere Wednesday, March 1. Stay tuned for all the details!
