PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla.– A Ferrari hung in an elevator shaft after a car elevator malfunctioned in Palm Beach County.

According to the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, this happened at a high-end car dealership.

Crews had to fix a fuel leak before they were able to remove the car.

Portable standpipes were set up and power was cut to the business.

After the leak was fixed, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said its Special Operations team worked with a rotator wrecker and a towing company to get the car out of the elevator shaft.

Multiple 50,000-pound winches and the towing company’s 45-foot boom helped to free the car.

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said there were no injuries.
