ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive The Mistress clip from the John Magaro-led horror movie. The film debuts in theaters and through video-on-demand platforms on July 28, 2023.
What is The Mistress about?
“Maddie and Parker move into their dream home when they discover old letters from a lovelorn woman who lived there over 100 years ago,” reads the film’s synopsis. “Parker experiences ghostly disturbances while Maddie suspects he’s hiding something dark from his past.”

The Mistress was written and directed by Greg Pritikin and produced by Rob Paris. It stars John Magaro, Chasten Harmon, Kat Cunning, Aylya Marzolf, Alexandra Grey, James Carpinello, and Rae Dawn Chong.
