Samuel David Benedict Chatto and Eleanor Armine M. Ekserdjian are getting married. The couple announced their engagement on their Instagram pages.
The couple began dating in 2021. Sam is the elder son of Lady Sarah Chatto, daughter of the late Princess Margaret, and Daniel Chatto. Eleanor, known as Ellie, is the daughter of art historian David Patrick Martin Ekserdjian and Susan Pauline Moore.
Sam and Eleanor met at the University of Edinburgh. They are both artists. Sam specializes in ceramics.
King Charles, who is Sam’s first cousin once removed, was informed of the engagement and is said to be “very happy” for the couple.
The couple plan to marry in the Spring of 2027.
