Former reality television star Deelishis is sending an apology to rapper Sukihana.

Deelishis & Sukihana’s Initial Exchange Regarding The Rapper’s VMA Appearance

On Tuesday evening, Sukihana took to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. The 31-year-old rapper posted a provocative video of her at the 2023 MTV VMAs.

Additionally, she shared the clip with a brief caption.

“First time at Vmas they knew who I was when they invited me”

The rapper’s clip was then reposted on Instagram by Onsite!. As Instagram users shared their reactions to the clip, it was noticed that former reality star Deelishis also chimed in.

“Too many outdoor shoes been on the carpet buttercup…”

However, Sukihana quickly entered the post’s comment section to respond to the reality star’s words.

“@iamsodeelishis girl you was sleeping with flavor flag you ain’t scared of nothing”

Sukihana’s comment included a typo. However, many social media users assumed the rapper was referring to Flavor Flav. Deelishis appeared as a contestant on the second season of Flavor Flav’s competitive reality dating show, ‘Flavor of Love.’

On Wednesday, Sukihana returned to X to share the exchange with her followers there. Additionally, the rapper added that she “ate” Deelishis “up.”

The Former Reality Star Apologizes To Sukihana

On Wednesday afternoon, Deelishis returned to Instagram to apologize to the rapper for her words.

“😮NOT TODAY SATAN‼️ 1st off let me start off by saying to @sukihanagoat I apologize if my comment upset or offended you…”

Additionally, the former reality star clarified her comment about Sukihana’s appearance. The 45-year-old added that she “never thought” her words would be considered an “insult.”

“I should have said ‘you too fine for that flo’ which is a much more precise way of describing what I thought when I saw the post or even better NOT COMMENT at all. But unfortunately I never thought ‘my comment’ would be viewed as a insult…”

Before concluding her statement, Deelishis explained that she doesn’t “agree” with the agenda of putting women “at odds.” Furthermore, she explained that because her unintended offense of Suikhana was public, her apology should be given similarly.

Deelishis also reiterated that “no harm was intended” by her words.

“My ppl told me not to respond but the new agenda is to put women at odds and have us hating each other for no good reason! I refuse to conform to that agenda. I believe if you offend someone publicly you should be man or woman enough to apologize and correct your mistake publicly! My comment obviously felt like a judgement and that wasn’t cool! I’m a fan and an advocate for women. No harm was intended Queen and I wish you a blessed #WCW buttercup ❤️🙏🏼 #Women #BiggerThanMyMistakes #ToBlessedToStressOthers #Accountability#WomenEmpowerWomen”

At this time, Sukihana has not publicly acknowledged or responded to Deelishis’s apology.
