Coolsculpting Las Vegas announces the arrival of the new CoolSmooth handpiece for the CoolSculpting Procedure. The new handpiece features non-vacuum-based cooling that easily treats non-pinchable fat bulges including fat removal in a previously untreatable area – the outer thighs.
