Cocaine falls out woman’s fake pregnant stomach during South Carolina traffic stop

ANDERSON, SC — A woman was found “carrying precious cargo” by Anderson County Sheriff’s Department on Interstate 85 in South Carolina.

Passenger Cemeka Mitchem was attempting to hide drugs inside of a fake rubber pregnant belly.

Mitchem had taped more than 1500 grams of cocaine inside the fake stomach according to deputies.

Authorities began to see the red flags when she gave two different pieces of information regarding her due date

She then took off running after soon realizing the deputy’s growing suspicion, dropping the bundle of cocaine in the process.

Mitchem is charged with trafficking cocaine
