Pan-Asian restaurant, Chino Latino, is launching an exciting new menu on Thursday 6th July. Keeping true to Chino Latino’s signature style, the new menu blends Peruvian and Asian flavours with a collection of Sushi, Dim Sum, Taquitos, and skewers. The food is accompanied by a new cocktail menu that captures the heady spirit of South American flavours, perfect for sipping whilst overlooking 180-degree panoramic views of the River Thames and Houses of Parliament.

Located on the first floor of Park Plaza Riverbank, guests are welcomed by a seductive Latino cocktail bar, a fresh sushi counter serving the freshest sushi and a spectacular view of the river. Created by Executive Chef Werner Seebach, the new menu has been designed to be a feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds. Theatrical dishes like the Flaming Sushi, a salmon roll with spring onion, jalapeno, spicy miso that is set alight at the table, are accompanied by a succulent Sashimi selection, created at the open sushi counter that include Tuna Tartare with Wasabi and Ponzu and Seabass Tiradito. Refreshed favourites such as the Black Cod Dim Sum wrapped in spinach and yuzu soya, offers guests an explosion of flavours whilst the Casterbridge Beef Taquitos with Aji panca, red onion and jalapeño avocado showcase the Latino accents that influence the whole menu.

Those looking for a more filling option, can opt for the Wagyu Beef Ishiyaki served on a hot Himalyan salt block or Beef Picanha and Giant Prawn served with cassava chips, rice and bok choi, championing the magnitude of intricate flavours. Chino Latino’s new Tasting Menu is priced at £48 per person and offers guests the opportunity to sample its signature best-selling dishes.

Perfect for post-work drinks, date nights or lunches, visitors can take in the riverside surroundings while sipping on a vibrant array of Latin-inspired cocktails, such as the Smoke At The Port with tequila, white wine port and tabasco, and the Chilcano Valley with pisco, St Germain, mint and berries. The bar also has an extensive selection of Sake, each with a brief description and pairing suggestion to give an authentic sushi experience. Those looking for something effervescent to pair with new dishes might try Honjozo – a crisp junmai; or a more fruity option is the Ginjo, a light and aromatic tipple.

Established over 10 years ago, Chino Latino remains masters in creating interactive, exciting and flavourful culinary offerings. Having become one of London’s most popular brunch destinations, with visitors coming from all over the city to sample the Sushi and Dim Sum offering, this new menu will add an exciting lunchtime and evening dimension to Chino Latino with a brand-new collection of sharing plates, fresh Sashimi and tempura all served with Chino’s signature flair.
