Just in time for spring, Cavo, the new rooftop restaurant that has taken over the 4th floor of the new Outernet building on Tottenham Court Road, is bringing a Mediterranean spin to London’s booming brunch scene with the launch of their Seafood and Sangria Brunch and outside terrace.
Adding a brand-new al fresco dining and dining option with new and unrivalled views of the London skyline, Cavo’s 60-seated terrace is the latest addition to London’s luxury dining options. Every Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon until 4pm, indulge in a carafe of sangria alongside some of the greatest seafood Cavo has to offer. The 5-course menu features a tartare selection of red snapper, Spanish mackerel and Mazara prawns followed by salt cod croquettes (Baccala Rocher) and octopus stew.
Cavo’s signature main course seafood platter will follow featuring lobster tail, fresh oysters, razor clams and mussels. To finish, guests can try one of CAVO’s signature desserts – a refreshing Apricot Parfait served with josper grilled poached pear.
Launching just in time for summer, Cavo’s open plan and outdoor terrace awaits your arrival, where you can enjoy a sangria brunch in the springtime sun with jaw-dropping views of central London.
