The pop star details her steamy tryst with the actor in a newly released excerpt from her highly anticipated memoir, “The Woman in Me,” which hits stores Oct. 24.
In the passage, which was obtained by Time, Spears says she was set up with Farrell — who was filming the 2003 action-thriller “S.W.A.T.” at the time — in 2002 by a “club promoter friend.”
According to the Grammy winner, 41, she visited the movie star on set before the pair began “a two-week brawl.”
“Brawl is the only word for it — we were all over each other, grappling so passionately it was like we were in a street fight,” she writes.
She confirmed after they dated that their whirlwind romance was “nothing serious,” telling W Magazine, “Yes, I kissed him… He’s the cutest, hottest thing in the world — wooh!”
