Although Captain Lee Rosbach is temporarily out of the game on Below Deck, the star isn’t afraid to unleash his opinions about the current drama. On the latest episode, bosun Ross McHarg was caught on top of deckhand Katie Glaser during their shift. Castmate Ben Willoughby seemed surprised to see his boss in such a position.

Another controversy involved second stew Alissa Humber, who spoke negatively about Captain Sandy while she listened from another room. Alissa also complained about Chef Rachel Hargrove within earshot of guests. In another scene, the stew took a phone call from her mother while working.

On the night the episode aired, Captain Lee took to Twitter and seemed incredulous about Ross’ behavior.

“Seriously Ross?” he asked, and he included four extra question marks.

In a separate tweet, the captain seemed to call attention to Alissa after she was caught on a phone call with her mother during the shift. In the episode, her boss Fraser Olender suggested Alissa was feeling too comfortable in the wake of nemesis Camille Lamb‘s firing.

Captain Lee seemed to echo the sentiment.

“Well that was interesting,” he wrote that evening. “Seem’s like someone thinks they may be untouchable.”

How will the drama play out when the captain returns to his ship? Will the castmates get away with the same behavior?

Below Deck season 10 is currently airing Monday nights at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
