Audio Released: Prosecutors Allege Tupac Murder Suspect Keefe D and Son Conspired to Harm Witnesses in Jail Phone Call [Video] – Baller Alert

Davis asks, “Our side? It’s a green light on our side?”

His son replies, “Yeah, that’s what he told him, he said n—-, we was raised in war, we don’t give a f—.”

Davis then asks, “For wha – for this here?”

The son replies, “B-Rue, yea … he’s saying that ‘it’s on,’”

“Aw …” Davis says in response.

Davis’s attorney told ABC Wednesday that prosecutors had misconstrued what was discussed on the call and that his client had not planned a hit out on anyone.

“It is clear that in the phone call, our client Mr. Davis does not threaten any witnesses whatsoever,” Charles Cano and Robert Arroyo, chief deputy special public defenders for Clark County, told ABC News. “Our interpretation of that phone call is that his son was warning him about a threat towards him and / or his family.”

Davis was arrested last September for the murder of rap icon Tupac Shakur.
