CLEVELAND (WJW) – Cleveland welcomed yet another star to the city this week.

Actor Christopher Meloni was spotted around the city on Monday and Tuesday, visiting some hot tourist spots.

This comes after Miranda Lambert was spotted in Cleveland on Saturday, spending time with the pups at City Dogs Cleveland. Lambert was in town with singer Morgan Wallen for the “I’m the Problem Tour,” which had dates at the Huntington Bank Field on Friday and Saturday nights.

Meloni posted to his Instagram page on Monday photos from around the city, including a picture of the Free stamp and a video of the “Long Live Rock” statue in front of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The Rock Hall also shared a photo on Tuesday of Meloni inside the museum. They shared the photo on Facebook with the caption, “We had a special visitor stop in to double check our security protocols…Thanks for joining us for a backstage tour, Chris Meloni!”

Christopher Meloni is best known for his role as Detective Elliot Stabler on the NBC drama series “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” starring alongside Mariska Hargitay.

It’s not clear why Meloni made a visit to our special city.
