Nicki Minaj Blasts Swatter Who Sent Police To Her Home; “A Warrant Is In The System” – Baller Alert

Nicki Minaj is calling out the woman who sent police swarming her home due to fake police calls.

On Wednesday, Minaj shared an update with her fans regarding the culprit behind the swatting attacks. She first tweeted, “To the woman who made those swatting calls to my home…#WasItWorthItDumbo?” About an hour later, Minaj finally put a name on the prankster in a follow-up message.

“Stephanie Bell. A warrant is in the system. Great detective work. So grateful. The DA filed one count for the swatting call and one for the false report to DCFS. To God be the glory,” Minaj wrote.

“Swatting” refers to someone making a false 911 call to report a crime that is not actually being committed. Typically, the call requests help for someone violently injured, prompting a larger police presence. In Minaj’s case, the caller reported in June that Minaj’s two-year-old son was being harmed. Towards the end of July, another call came in that the rapper had been shot. Both times, police responded to her home only to find that the calls were a prank.

There isn’t any additional information on Bell or why she may have targeted Minaj. However, there has been a movement to push the superstar and her family out of her neighborhood. In December 2022, a petition was launched to have her husband, Kenneth Petty, removed from the Hidden Hills community due to him being a registered sex offender. So far, the petition has garnered over 1,600 signatures.
