2023 continues to be a good year for Amber Heard! She’s living her best life and that means finally being free of all legal troubles brought on by the walking corpse of stale cigarette that is her ex. As once again, all charges related to an incident in 2015, of trying to “smuggle” her two Yorkies, Boo and Pistol, into Australia have been dropped.
The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry of Australia released this statement today:
“Prosecution action will not be taken against actress Amber Heard over allegations related to her sentencing for the illegal import of two dogs into Australia in 2015.
The department collaborated with agencies, both in Australia and overseas, to investigate these claims against Ms Heard.
A brief of evidence was referred to the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, who has made the decision not to prosecute in this instance having applied the Prosecution Policy of the Commonwealth.”

Note: I had originally planned to add background information on this whole saga. In doing so, I realized how influential this case was. It helped shape the public’s perception of Amber, even before the TRO and divorce. It also set the stage for Debt to weaponize their dogs, Pistol and Boo. Both as an abuse tactic and the subsequent smear campaign by him and Waldman. The impact and fall out this case was part of the testimony in the both the U.K and Virginia trials. I want to do my due diligence and give it the coverage it deserves. So, I’m planning on doing my first Deep Dive, hopefully I will be finished by the end of this week!
