TikToker who can’t get to work on time, wants employers to make “accommodations” – for workers with “time blindness”. The title of the video is Worker’s Rights.
Do you think being late is some sort of condition? pic.twitter.com/TumvTfNJJc

TiK ToK user Chaotic_Philopser uploaded a video where she says she was yelled at for asking “a very reasonable question” during a job interview. She asked if they had accommodations for those with time blindness and being on time. She then says “the person she was with” acted like she said something else and started yelling at her and saying accommodations for time blindness doesn’t exist and if you struggle with being late you’ll never get a job. Allegedly it was later clarified on a TiK ToK live that the “other person” was her mom, not an employee.
The video quickly went viral getting dozens of reply videos, with the vast majority of replies insinuating that her issues with being late is a “her” problem and not a work problem. They suggest clocks and alarm clocks, like everyone else uses. HERE is an example of a video reply on TiK ToK.
She gained even less sympathy when it was allegedly revealed during a live that she was pro life and anti trans. She also allegedly revealed she has not been diagnosed with adhd.
A smaller amount of replies had sympathy for her saying that time blindness is a real thing and that people lack empathy.
What do you think, ONTD? Should there be accommodations for those who struggle to make it into work on time?
