There may or may not be a new Britney Spears single dropping in two weeks.
On Saturday, The Sun reported that Spears “has recorded a top-secret song with the Black Eyed Peas rapper will.i.am,” with eyes toward a release later this month.
Hours later, a song entitled “Mind Your Business” was registered to two databases (AMCOS and GEMA), with both artists listed as co-writers. (Also listed is Yonatan Goldstein, who worked extensively on the Black Eyed Peas’ 2020 album Translation). This discovery was followed by a post on pop culture forum ATRL by a reliable insider* claiming that the track will be released July 21.

If real, “Mind Your Business” will mark the third teaming of Spears and will.i.am, following Femme Fatale (2011) album cut “Big Fat Bass” and the 2012 hit “Scream & Shout.”
