A man was shot to death and a woman wounded after a fight at a party led to gunfire on a violence-plagued Brooklyn street, cops said.

Shots rang out just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday on Drew St. near Loring Ave. in East New York — just steps away from where two men were shot to death last July.

In Saturday’s shooting, Delvin Diaz, 33, was blasted multiple times while a 31-year-old woman was grazed in the shoulder. The shooting came after a fight broke out during a get-together in Diaz’s building on Drew St., cops said.

Medics rushed both victims to Brookdale University Hospital, where Diaz died.

The woman is in stable condition, cops said.

Police have made no arrests.

On July 4, Sulaiman Odunfa, 21, and Amir Green, 19, were fatally shot at a deli on Drew St. and Loring Ave. An 18-year-old man was wounded but survived the shooting.

Cops arrested two suspects, Dayshawn Vaughns, 22, and Malachai Kirkland, 19, charging both with murder.
