Update February 17: the Australian pre-order bonuses have been announced and added to the lists below. Enjoy your goodies!
“The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom” pre-order is live ahead of the game’s May 12 release date. A $189 collector’s edition comes with an artbook, pin set, steel poster, and SteelBook display case. The lack of a statue or replica model makes it much more affordable than most collector’s editions, especially when Nintendo is also releasing a Link amiibo that can go with it. If that’s still a bit rich for your liking, you can pre-order the game by itself, either physically or digitally on the Nintendo eShop.
Where Can You Get the Cheapest “Tears of the Kingdom” Pre-Order?
Amazon has the cheapest price at $74.99 with free delivery.
The only place to get a digital copy is from the Nintendo eShop where it’s $89.95.
This is just for the base game; if you’re after the best deal on the collector’s edition, this is the page you should be looking at.
What Is the “Tears of the Kingdom” Release Date?

Give Me the “Tears of the Kingdom” TL;DR
It’s the long-awaited sequel to “Breath of the Wild” and a soft reboot of the Legend of Zelda series. It’s also been called one of the best RPGs ever made, alongside the likes of “The Witcher 3” and “Mass Effect 2”.
An amnesiac Link wakes up after being asleep for 100 years and finds the kingdom of Hyrule almost destroyed by Calamity Ganon. With the help of a mysterious voice in his head, Link must venture into the kingdom to regain his memory, save princess Zelda, and put an end to Ganon’s dark reign.
