Firefighters rescue local family…’multiple victims’

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland fire officials said firefighters rescued a family during an apartment fire in the 4300 block of Kennard Court.

According to Cleveland Firefighters Local 93, “multiple victims were rescued from a 3rd floor.”

The fire started just before 5 a.m. Saturday.

Officials said, first responders getting credit for their lifesaving efforts include:

“Engine Co’s 7,2,26. Ladders Co’s 7 & 1. Rescue Co 1. Chief of 2nd Battalion. AC1,”

There’s no word on a cause of the fire and if there were any injuries.
