CLEVELAND (WJW) — Sunday, we learned the fate of multiple Northeast Ohio teams playing in their respective high school boys basketball championship games.

First, the Richmond Heights Spartans won the OHSAA Division IV Boys Basketball State Championship, beating Berlin Hiland 62-35 for a third consecutive title.

Then Cleveland Heights’ Lutheran East came out on top in the OHSAA Division III Boys Basketball State Championship, winning for the second year in a row. With a 45-36 win over Harvest Prep (located in Canal Winchester outside of Columbus), this is the school’s fifth title overall.

St. Ignatius plays Centerville Sunday night in the Division I Championship Game.
