Background actors on the ‘GLADIATOR 2’ set were digitally scanned without consent or given proper explanation.

Actors say they didn’t feel like they could say now, the production didn’t explain why they were doing it (while there are others who say production, in their instances, was forthright about it and allowed people to opt in).
Questions have been sent to Latina Pictures, a local studio producing the Gladiator sequel, and documents seen by Times of Malta says the release form gives conset for the studio for the “reproduction, exhibition, transmission, broadcast and exploitation” of the project and their image.
Curiously, the end of the article says this has happened on the sets of two other movies that had been filmed in Malta in the past year — Napoleon and The Last Voyage of The Demeter.
