Ground lamb, beef (no salt, rinse and drain off grease) chopped broccoli, carrots, celery, white rice, zucchini, sweet potatoes, squash. The veggies can be switched around. Sprinkle a little parsley or oregano and a good multivitamin. Meal prep. Fresh Pet beef can be a substitute. A little expensive but no more itching and picky eating.
